Frequently Asked Questions:

1. How far in advance can I reserve a Jumper or Slide? How much lead time do you need?

As the saying goes, The early bird gets the worm. The earlier you make your reservation the better your chances are at getting your first choice. We appreciate as much advance notice as you can offer, but we will do our best to work with you even if its a last-minute request.

2. How long can I keep the Jumper?

Serving your needs is Jazzy Jumpers first priority. If you would like to reserve a Jumper for an extended length of time we will be more than happy to accommodate you on a pro-rated basis provided there are not overlapping reservations. Each reservation is given our personal attention and we will be as flexible as possible when working with you and your schedule.

3. What is the Jazzy Jumpers policy on inclement weather?

If the weather is not cooperating on the day of your reservation we will be happy to work with you to reschedule your reservation with no cost or penalty. As a safety precaution, if it is actively raining or storming we will not deliver or setup the unit.  However, if it is not actively raining or storming and you wish to have the unit set up, we will be happy to do so. Once the unit is set up we will be unable to provide any reimbursement or refund for bad weather.

4. Do I need to provide anything or do anything special?

Jazzy Jumpers will provide and set up all necessary equipment. The blower will need to be located within 100 feet of a standard electrical outlet. An area that has been cleared of any debris or hazardous material  will keep the setup process quick and efficient.

5. What happens the day of my reservation?

 How does the process work?

We will deliver and set up the unit at a prearranged time. Before and during setup we will discuss placement options for the unit, review the rental agreement, and go over any questions regarding safety proper use, and any other topic you wish to discuss. If payment has not already been made, it will be due upon setup of the unit.

6. Where can I have you setup the Jumper?

A Jumper can be set up in many different places on your property. The surface must be mostly flat and relatively firm - grass, concrete, asphalt, and smooth gravel are all acceptable. We will anchor the unit either by driving stakes into the ground or by using sandbags where stakes cannot be used.

7. How much space is required for setup and proper use?

18 x 18 is more than big enough for the standard bouncy houses. Our house/slide combo unit and our  tropical waterslide unit each require approximately 20 x 40.

8. How safe are your Jumpers, house/slide combo, and waterslide?

All of our Jazzy Jumpers units are new, clean, and well maintained. It will be necessary for an adult or a Jazzy  Jumpers attendant to be in direct supervision of jumpers

at all times. By following basic rules all children will be

safe and have a great time.

9. How many kids can be in the Jumper at one time?

As a rough average, there can be six to seven kids jumping together but it really depends on the size of the children.

What keeps the moonwalk the safest is to separate big kids

from little kids.

10. Can Jazzy Jumpers setup a unit indoors?

 Indoor setup is just as quick and easy as outdoor setup. Jazzy Jumpers have special indoor units for rainy and cold days. The units are inflated by cold air and there is no exhaust. The only consideration is that the height of the unit be less than the height of the ceiling.  A gymnasium, auditorium, or any other large building would typically offer more than enough room.

11. What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my reservation?

Simply give us a call or send us an email. If you need to reschedule your reservation we will work with you to choose another day. We do request that you provide us with as much advance notice as possible. The sooner we know about the need to reschedule the more flexible we can be.
